Our Terms are payment is to be received prior to shipment of an order, unless other arrangements have been made by management.

If you receive your order, and there is a problem with your order. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will try and resolve

your problem. If there is still an issue we will refund your payment, less shipping upon receipt of your order returned to us. 

If you have not properly refrigerated your items, we will not be responsible for your order. As all pieces are to be refrigerated or keep in a freezer when not being consumed by your pet. Our Treats / Bones are Preservative Free - and must be maintained as such.
